The website is operated by Stepcoders Services (OPC) Private Limited (“Stepcoders”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in Jahangirabad, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India – 203394.

2. Our services and project agreements

We provide custom software development, web development, SaaS development, API integration, maintenance and technology consulting services.

Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding offer. A project begins only when the parties agree to a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other written contract. That project agreement will govern scope, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, delivery, warranties, support and ownership. If it conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement takes priority for that engagement.

3. Quotes and enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Any initial estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change after discovery or if requirements change. Please do not submit confidential information until appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

• break any applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
• introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe security or disrupt operation;
• submit false, misleading, unlawful or abusive content;
• scrape, copy or systematically extract website content without permission; or

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from paid client services is governed by the applicable project agreement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes relating to this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
